We will keep to the following timeline towards the competition:

| Sun | 19 July 2026 | Early bird deadline, 23:59 CET, see repertoire. |
| Sun | 20 September 2026 | Registration deadline, 23:59 CET |
| Mon | 5 October 2026 | Pre-selection announcement (only in case of more than 50 subscriptions) |
| Tue | 6 October 2026 | Distribution of commissioned composition |
| Thu | 15 October 2026 | Announcement of compulsory repertoire |
| Thu | 19 November 2024 | Start of the competition |
